Pune: Uddipan organised Career Conclave 2025, a mega two-day job fair, on December 11 and 12, 2025, at the Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM) campus.
Conducted in collaboration with Ramanbyte Pvt. Ltd. and supported by AICTE, the conclave aimed to create a unified recruitment platform connecting students from Pune district and across Maharashtra with leading employers from multiple sectors.
Uddipan is a skill development and job portal developed by Ramanbyte Pvt. Ltd. with AICTE support. The platform is designed to help students from both urban and rural backgrounds apply for jobs and internships across a wide range of corporate and industrial domains.
The Career Conclave 2025 witnessed strong participation, with over 2,500 students from Engineering, Commerce, Science, Arts, and Management streams attending across both days.

More than 300 organisations, including large corporates, SMEs, and emerging startups, participated in the recruitment drive at career conclave 2025. Industries represented included Real Estate, Banking and Financial Services, FinTech, IT and ITeS, EdTech, Consulting, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, E-commerce, Hospitality, and Professional Services.
Career Conclave 2025 Highlights Wide Spectrum of Job Opportunities
Students from undergraduate and postgraduate programs were considered for roles across sales and marketing, business development, customer support, and operations.
Technical graduates were offered positions such as Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET), Design Engineer, Service Engineer, Project and Site Engineer, Production Engineer, and Quality Engineer.
Commerce and management students were evaluated for roles including Accounts Executive, Finance Associate, and Banking and Loan Processing profiles.
Recruiters also offered niche positions such as AutoCAD Specialist, Estimation Engineer, QC Chemist, and HVAC and Technical Services professionals.

Several prominent companies, including Flipkart, Eclerx, WNS, Bajaj Housing Finance, PayTm, Axis Bank, D-Mart, Suzlon, Teleperformance, and BVG India, conducted interviews, selection rounds, and candidate interactions during the two-day event. Students received direct exposure to recruitment processes and insights into employer expectations.
Raman Preet, Chairman of PIBM, stated that companies are increasingly looking for candidates with strong communication abilities, analytical thinking, digital skills, and sound domain knowledge.
He highlighted that PIBM follows a structured Skill Matrix aligned with job descriptions to train students in essential competencies and enhance industry readiness.
Beyond recruitment, the two-day career conclave 2025 also functioned as a career guidance and knowledge-sharing platform. Students interacted with industry leaders, explored career pathways aligned with their skills, and gained clarity on evolving job market requirements.
